$1.3M to Stop Cyclists

New York City has spent $1.3M in its attempts to stop the Critical Mass cycle rides that take place once a month for about two hours. The mass is a unorganized bunch of cyclists who get together and just ride around. But in the last few years they have been harassed consistently by New York's finest with helicopters, paddy vans, goons on scooters and violent intimidatory policing in an attempt to wipe cyclists off the roads of New York.
