but who the fuck is the petty wanker out there who is sending letter bombs to first Capita's offices, they run the congestion charge in London and today to a company in Wokingham who have something to do with speeding fines. What the fuck.
You might even be able to understand the various religious nutters out there willingly to kill for their religion, understand that they are deluded nutters but with their eyes on some sort of heaven, no doubt a sanctimonious, smug, very boring heaven. But to be sending letter bombs about the congestion charge and parking fines.
