Speaking as a sort of card carrying liberal sort of person not really into the death sentence (except for genocidal crimes) I'd cheerfully shoot this evil little fucker. Released on bail, kills a dad 8 hours later by kicking his head like a football. But thinking about it you know he probably isn't that bright, probably comes from a very challenging background, he's probably got nobody to love him. I'd still shoot the little fucker.
